Meet Joanie and Anne, two Scottish lassies of a "certain age" who are officially diving into the world of podcasting!

It has taken us a wee while to actually get here. Wrestling with all this modern technology hasn't been easy for a couple of oldies, but we got there in the end!

We really hope you enjoy our very first attempt. Please be kind, but we would absolutely love your feedback. Our hope is just to get a tiny bit better with every single episode.

We are on a mission to promote women's walking football and chat about the massive benefits of keeping active and socialising as you get older. Along the way, we will be sharing some handy lifestyle tips, interviewing some brilliant people, and hopefully spreading a little joy to put a smile on your face.
